Halal Advanced Professional Chef Course

The Halal Advanced Professional Chef Course at The Chef Academy of London is a 550-hour professional chef training programme designed for students who want to develop advanced culinary skills while training with halal ingredients and halal meat.

The course begins with 150 hours of training in our Development Kitchen, where students are guided by a qualified Chef Trainer. During this stage, students build and improve the practical skills required in a professional kitchen, including preparation methods, knife skills, cooking techniques, kitchen organisation, hygiene standards, presentation, teamwork, and professional discipline.

Students train using halal meat and follow a structured approach designed to prepare them for the next stage of the programme. The course helps students strengthen their technical ability, confidence, and understanding of professional culinary standards.

After the Development Kitchen stage, students continue with 400 hours of structured training inside selected restaurant partner kitchens. During this part of the course, students follow The Chef Academy of London training syllabus while experiencing the pace, organisation, standards, and discipline of a real professional kitchen environment.

This restaurant-based training forms part of the educational programme. It allows students to develop practical awareness, learn from experienced professionals, and understand how professional kitchens operate while remaining within a structured training framework.
