The Michelin-Starred Chef Course at The Chef Academy of London is designed for working chefs and culinary professionals who want to strengthen their skills, refine their technique, and experience the standards of Michelin-star restaurant environments.
This advanced chef training programme in London is suitable for professionals who are already working in the culinary industry and want to progress further in their careers. It gives chefs the opportunity to develop their creativity, technical ability, discipline, and understanding of high-level cuisine through a structured training pathway.
Students begin with 80 hours of training in our development kitchen, where they study advanced and molecular cooking techniques. This stage helps students improve their knowledge of modern cuisine, precision, flavour development, texture, presentation, and professional kitchen methods before progressing to the restaurant-based part of the course.
After completing the academy-based training, students continue with 320 hours of structured training inside selected Michelin-star restaurant partner kitchens. During this stage, students follow The Chef Academy of London training syllabus while experiencing the pace, standards, organisation, and discipline of real Michelin-star kitchen environments.
This restaurant-based training forms part of the educational programme. It allows students to understand how Michelin-star kitchens operate while developing their skills in a structured professional setting.
By combining advanced culinary techniques, molecular cooking, Michelin-star kitchen exposure, and professional restaurant-based learning, this course is ideal for chefs who want to enhance their career prospects, broaden their culinary vision, and continue developing at a higher professional level.
